These terms apply to the free vehicle identity check. Paid reports are not offered yet; when they are, separate purchase terms will apply and you will see them before you pay.

What the free check does

You enter a vehicle identification number. We ask a public data source for the manufacturer specification recorded against it and show you what came back.

The check tells you what each source said and, just as importantly, what it did not say. A section marked as having no licensed source means we did not ask anyone, not that nothing happened to the vehicle.

What the free check does not do

It is not a history report. It does not cover accidents, odometer readings, title or salvage status, theft records, or service history. We do not hold licences for those sources, and we do not guess.

An absence of records is never evidence that an event did not occur. Please do not read it that way, and do not rely on this check alone when deciding to buy a vehicle.

Accuracy

The data comes from a third-party public source. We pass on what it returns without altering it, and we tell you where each fact came from. We do not invent, infer, or fill in vehicle facts.

We cannot guarantee that a third-party source is complete or correct. If a fact looks wrong to you, it is worth checking against the vehicle documents themselves.

Acceptable use

Use the check for your own purposes, on vehicles you have a legitimate reason to look up. Do not use automated tools to submit checks in bulk, and do not attempt to interfere with the service or the public source behind it.

We limit how many checks can come from one network in a short period. This is to keep the service available for everyone.

Liability

The free check is provided as it is, without charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on it, including any decision to buy or not buy a vehicle.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes, law and disputes

We may change these terms. The version identifier and effective date at the top of this page tell you which version applies.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Georgia. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.

These terms are published in Georgian, English, Russian, Kazakh, Armenian and Azerbaijani. If the versions differ, the Georgian version prevails.
